Smoky Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    crackers
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, onion, salt, pepper and liquid smoke.
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones. Flake the salmon with two forks.
    Stir salmon into cream cheese mixture.
    Refrigerate at least one hour.
    Shape into a roll. Sprinkle parsley over salmon, then roll into plastic or foil wrap. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
