Toasted Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
1 (22 oz.) tub vanilla pudding
1 (6 oz.) ready-to-fill Oreo pie crust
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Spread coconut in a rimmed baking sheet. Bake (toss twice) 10 to 15 minutes, until toasted. Let cool. Mix pudding and 1 1/2 cups toasted coconut in a bowl; spread evenly in crust. Cover with reserved lid and chill 1 hour or up to 2 days.
