1 Pillsbury sugar cookie roll
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
strawberry Jell-O
strawberries
blueberries
2 bananas
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
peaches
pineapple chunks
Preparation

Pat out the cookie dough on greased cookie sheet and bake according to instructions on package. Cool.
Mix the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar and spread over cookie crust.
Cover with glaze made from 1 cup sugar and cornstarch.
Cook until thick, then add 3 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O.
Stir until dissolved. Slice the bananas over the cream cheese. Cover the bananas with the glaze. Add the peaches, strawberries, pineapple and blueberries. Chill and slice.
