Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground meat
    1 medium size green pepper
    cheese
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 onion
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 pt. tomato juice
    3 slices bread
Preparation
    Grind pepper and onion.
    Cook meat, onion, pepper and Minute rice in frying pan about 5 minutes.
    Add tomato juice.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Cover with layer of cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
