Mediterranean Turkey Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Mr. Turkey lean ground turkey
    1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    5 (6 to 7-inch) pocket breads, halved
Preparation
    Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
    Heat over medium-high heat about 30 seconds.
    Add ground turkey, bell pepper and onion; cook about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring until turkey is lightly browned.
    Add 1/4 cup water, garlic powder, oregano and pepper.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
    In a small bowl, blend yogurt and lemon juice.
    Fill each pocket bread half with meat mixture.
    Add yogurt mixture.
    Yields 5 servings.
