Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can refrigerated crescent biscuits
    10 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage in skillet; drain well.
    Butter bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and line with biscuits, firmly pressing to seal.
    Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients, beat well and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve.
