Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 medium can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook peppers 5 minutes in boiling water to cover.
    Drain and set aside.
    In frying pan, brown ground chuck with celery and onion, stirring occasionally.
    Add rice, stewed tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and spoon mixture into peppers.
    Place peppers in shallow pan.
    Combine tomato sauce and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Spoon half of sauce over peppers.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
    Spoon remaining sauce during last 5 minutes of baking.
