Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large soft tortilla shells
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch (original)
    1 medium size jar Spanish olives, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    about 5 or 6 scallions, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and with electric mixer, beat in Hidden Valley dressing packet.
    Spread on shells (like you would butter bread); sprinkle olives, peppers and scallions on each shell.
    Roll up tight; put in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
