Refrigerator Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    7 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Blend flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Stir in cereal.
    Mix butter, oil and eggs together and blend into dry ingredients.
    Do not stir batter again.
    Store batter covered in a nonmetallic bowl in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
    As needed, fill lightly greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yield: 4 dozen.
