Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 onions, chopped fine
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1 pkg. corn bread stuffing
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Melt butter and mix with stuffing.
    Put 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish.
    Pour squash into dish and top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
