Chicken Liver Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken livers, cut into bite-sized pieces
thinly sliced water chestnuts
sliced bacon, cut into half lengths
Preparation

Place a piece of chicken liver and a slice of water chestnut on each half strip of bacon.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Drain on paper towel; serve hot.
