Hominy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can W. hominy
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. drained pickle relish
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Rinse hominy and drain well.
Combine with remaining ingredients and chill well.
Add the cheese right before it is served.
