Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
vanilla wafers
1/2 gal. coffee ice cream
Preparation

Combine and cook over low heat until all melted and thickened the first 5 ingredients.
Cool to room temperature.
Line pie pan with vanilla wafers.
Put ice cream into pie pan in chunks, alternating with sauce.
Freeze immediately.
Cut in small pieces as this pie is rich.
Keeps well in freezer.
