Christmas Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. candied pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. candied cherries
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Mix flour and sugar with fruit and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown.
    Cut into bars.
