1 c. beer
1 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Wash fish and pat dry.
Combine beer and biscuit mix.
Dip fish in batter.
Fry in enough oil to cover fish.
Turn when brown and fry on other side.
Amount depends on size and amount of fish.
