Nippy Corned Beef 'N Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 c. snipped fresh parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except parsley in large bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.
Shape into ball.
Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
