Philly Cheese Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Steak-umm (in frozen food section)
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
1/4 stick butter
Mozzarella or Provolone cheese
ketchup
crushed red pepper hoagie spread (optional)*

Preparation

*The only place I have found this is at Fino's on the Hill at McLean and Madison in Memphis.
It's worth the trip!
