Fresh Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. cheese flavored cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Layer 1/2 each tomatoes, onion, cracker crumbs, sugar and salt in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish (casserole).
    Repeat with remaining half.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then spread sour cream on top.
    Sprinkle croutons over sour cream and pour melted butter over that.
    Bake 10 more minutes.
    Serves 6.
