Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can salmon, drained but reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 egg
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix salmon, onions and egg.
    Combine flour, baking powder and 2 tablespoons reserved liquid.
    Mix into salmon mixture.
    Spoon into deep fat and brown quickly.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Makes 12 to 15 croquettes.
