Liza'S Special Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry (for 9-inch pie pan, two crust pie)
1 Tbsp. flour
4 c. fresh blueberries or 1 qt. canned blueberries
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry 4-inches larger than the pie pan.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over this crust.
Mix berries with remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Trim edge of crust, leaving 1/2-inch overhang.
Moisten edge of crust with water.
Roll remaining pastry into circle 2-inches larger in diameter than pan, making a few slits.
Place over berries and fold under crust over top crust.
Press edges to pan with floured fork.
Brush top with milk or cream.
Bake in hot oven 50 to 60 minutes.
