Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    mushrooms (optional)
    garlic (optional)
Preparation
    Cook meat.
    Saute mushrooms, onion, garlic and peppers. Slightly beat eggs.
    Mix together in greased baking dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
