Red Velvet Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box red velvet cake mix
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together until smooth. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Use bottom of a glass to flatten slightly. Bake at 375\u00b0 until the top crackles (8 to 10 minutes). Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
