Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and placed in large serving bowl
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    4 carrots, shredded
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine Eagle Brand milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Mix vegetables and milk mixture into drained macaroni. Refrigerate until served.
    Serves a lot of people.
