Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (5 to 9 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Spray pan with Pam.
Pour batter into hot pan and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
