Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed chicken
    1 1/2 c. rice
    3 c. chicken stock
    2 sticks margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. carrots, sliced thick
    lemon pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute chicken in margarine seasoned with lemon pepper.
    Take out chicken and mix 1/2 cup of rice and onion in margarine.
    Mix one cup of rice and chicken stock together.
    Mix with the rice, onion and margarine mixture.
    Add chicken and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Lay carrots on top.
    Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
