Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, diced
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. Bisquick (dry)
a little salt and parsley
Preparation

Mix all
together.
Add, all at once, into a casserole. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
