Virginia Hot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. milk
    5 oz. dried beef, rinsed and chopped
    1 tsp. garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
    4 tsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except pecans and butter.
    Place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Saute pecans in butter and place on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
