Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast, roasted and cut up into little pieces
    1 large bottle ketchup, rinse 1/2 full with water
    3 small onions, cut fine
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. mixed spices (in a little cloth bag)
Preparation
    Mix the ketchup, water, onions, salt, vinegar, brown sugar, green pepper and dry mustard.
    Pour over cut up cooked roast. Simmer the mixture with the spice bag for at least 1/2 hour.
