Chicken And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken Rice-A-Roni, prepared according to directions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. diced chicken
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve cold. Serves 8 to 10.
