Slow Cooker Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. kidney beans
3 pt. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. fennel
2 tsp. anise
1 tsp. each salt, dill weed, garlic crystals and ground celery seed
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. peppercorns (in tea ball)
1 lb. lean ground meat
Preparation

Place all ingredients in cooker at medium setting for 8 plus hours.
