Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained or 2 c. fresh berries (can substitute fresh blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar and soda.
Stir well and add beaten eggs and oil, stirring only until moistened.
Stir in berries and nuts.
Spoon in greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or appropriate time for size of pan.
