Cheesy Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
Preparation
    Heat rice, water and salt to a boil, stirring once or twice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 14 minutes without lifting lid to stir.
    Remove from heat; fluff rice lightly with fork.
    Cover and let steam 5 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in cheese and margarine.
