Spinach And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach
    2 Tbsp. chopped anchovies
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash spinach and pat dry.
    Tear into pieces and remove thick stems.
    Place in a large pan; sprinkle with salt, cover and cook a few minutes.
    Remove spinach from pan and squeeze out liquid.
    Melt butter in a skillet.
    Add the spinach, anchovies, garlic and pepper.
    Stir to mix all ingredients.
    Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
