Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag Ore Ida Potatoes O'Brien
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    Parsley for color (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13 baker.
