Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple in syrup
    3 oz. raspberry jello
    16 oz. whole berry sauce (can)
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
    Add enough boiling water to syrup to make 1 cup.
    Dissolve jello.
    Stir in whole can of cranberry sauce and orange peel.
    Chill until partially set.
    Fold in oranges and pineapple.
    Whip cream.
    Fold it into fruit mixture. Pour into 6 cup mold.
    Chill until set.
