Spiced Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium ripe banana
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tsp. low-calorie margarine
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut the bananas in long thick strips.
    Sprinkle both sides of the slices with lemon juice.
    Melt the margarine in a large nonstick skillet.
    Stir in the cinnamon, honey and nutmeg.
    Add banana slices.
    Cook 2 or 3 minutes until golden brown.
    Gently turn slices over and cook on all sides.
    Serve warm.
