Iced Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cucumbers, peeled and seeded (if seeds are large)
    1 large potato, pared and diced
    2 large onions
    3 cans condensed chicken broth
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potato in broth.
    Saute cucumbers and onions until soft. Add potato and broth.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Put through blender.
    Refrigerate.
    Serves about 4 people.
