Tierney Macaroni And Cheese(Diner Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. milk
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan. Blend in flour.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly; add seasonings.
    Cook until sauce is thickened.
    Add 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
    Cook macaroni as directed on box.
    Drain.
    Add to cheese sauce and mix well.
    Turn mixture into 8-inch square baking dish or pan.
    Sprinkle top with the second cup of grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
    Bake in a moderate oven (preheated to 375\u00b0) about 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and place under broiler until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
