Chocolate Chip Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines or Pillsbury butter cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. water
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding
    chocolate chips
    1/2 block German sweet chocolate, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. Hershey's sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with mixer except for chocolate chips. Fold chocolate chips in last with spoon.
    Bake 1 hour or less at 325\u00b0.
    Test with a straw to be sure it's done.
    Let set in pan for a few minutes before turning out.
