Waikiki Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits in juice
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
Preparation

Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt and ginger in a large bowl and mix well.
Shape into tablespoon size balls.
