Russian Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp whole cloves
    6 tbsp sugar
    1 c water
    3 tea bags (2 family size bags)
    2/3 c orange juice
    1/2 c lemon juice
    6 c boiling water
    1 c sugar
Preparation
    Boil water, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add tea, cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Strain.
    Add strained lemon and orange juice, water, and sugar. Put back on heat and turn to medium heat.
    Lower heat to where the tea stays warm but never boils.
    Keep warm for 2 hours, and it doesn't ruin.
