Sausage And Pepper Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 large green peppers, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced into rings
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (11 oz.) can Zesty tomato soup sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    rice
Preparation
    In covered skillet, over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 tablespoons water for 5 minutes, uncovered.
    Cook until sausage is brown.
    Add green peppers, onions and garlic to sausage.
    Cook until peppers are tender-crisp.
    Stir frequently.
    Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, 1 cup of water and vinegar.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or longer.
