Artichoke-Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni fried rice with almonds
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 small jar marinated artichoke hearts, save juice
1 c. sliced black olives
1 green pepper, diced
3 chopped green onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
toasted slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Prepare rice as directed.
Cool in refrigerator.
Add drained chestnuts, artichokes and other ingredients.
Mix mayonnaise with liquid from artichokes, add to other and toss.
Chill, let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
