Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
12 saltines, mashed
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sherry
pinch of dry mustard
pinch of minced parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Pour melted butter over cracker crumbs, saving 4 teaspoons to put on top of stuffed crabs.
Add mayonnaise and other seasoning, then mix in crabmeat with fork to keep from breaking up.
Fill 6 large backs (or use small baking cups) generously, then sprinkle with cracker crumbs, pouring remaining butter on top.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
