Zucchini Raisin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in mixer.
    Add zucchini and blend.
    Mix together in bowl flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, raisins and nuts and add slowly to mixture in mixer. Bake in greased and floured pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Serve plain or with cream cheese.
