Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. country-style ribs
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    4 dashes Tabasco sauce
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can butter limas, drained
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet; drain off excess fat.
    Put beef in crock-pot.
    Brown bacon and onion; drain off fat.
    Add bacon, onion and remaining ingredients to crock-pot.
    Stir together well. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
