Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. oil
3 large onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
6 ribs celery, chopped
6 buttons garlic, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. cooking wine
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
1 box cream cheese or Ricotta cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild)
4 oz. Romano or Swiss cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Use a long glass pan.
Start with a layer of sauce, then layer of noodles, then all cheeses until all is used.
Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
