Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 oz. box instant pistachio pudding
    1 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 head cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces
    1 head lettuce
    1 onion, diced very small
    1/2 c. celery (optional)
    8 slices bacon, crumbled or real bacon bits
Preparation
    Spread Miracle Whip on top until it covers completely to seal the bowl, as thin as possible to cover.
    Sprinkle 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar on top of this.
    Sprinkle package of Good Seasons Italian dressing on this and add 1/2 to 1 cup Colby cheese, grated.
    Cover and let set at least 8 hours.
