Ground Beef Cups With Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 medium potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper; mix well. Line ungreased muffin cups with meat mixture about 1/4-inch thick. Place potatoes and remaining milk in saucepan; cover and cook slowly until thick. Season with salt and pepper. Fill meat cups with potatoes; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
