Hamburger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can Swanson beef broth
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 can beef gravy
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 together and make into patties.
    Brown in oil on both sides.
    Place in a baking dish.
    Pour gravy over top of patties and place onion rings on top.
    Simmer in oven for about 35 minutes.
